Intake interview

Intake interview with one of the managing partners (stress during the
interview is on character and cultural fit). We want to know who you are
as an individual and professional.

Duration: 45 to 60 minutes.

Technical interview

Technical interview with a tech lead/tribe lead. Time to shine
and show off those technical skills. Type of questions will depend on
the role you’re applying for. This is clarified in the job description.

Duration: 45 to 60 minutes.

Assignment (optional)

In case we’re on the fence as regards your technical skills, you can be asked
to complete an assignment which you’ll have to complete in a given time
(usually one week).

Duration: one week for the assignment and 60 minutes for the actual
presentation of your work before a tech lead.

Final interview

Congrats! You’ll get an offer from us. Goal of this interview: final talk
with your future manager & one of the managing partners.
Expect a discussion on HR-related topics and practical agreements.
