Dashboard as a service
Our entry level service for companies whose most pressing need is professional reporting. Today, most organizations have amassed data through different software systems. They are now grappling with the need to make sense of it all. Data visualization quenches that thirst for information.
In the “dashboard as a service” offering, we proceed as follows:
Step 1: We set-up an intake call to assess your needs and establish which KPIs or parameters need to be visualized.
Step 2: You send us a piece of sample data so we can assess data quality and the feasibility to visualize the requested parameters with the data at hand.
Step 3: We start building (build time: 2 months).
Step 4: You decide whether you want to be onboarded as a customer.
How we do things differently:
- We don’t charge for step 1 & 2.
- We commit to a deadline to deliver.
- We give you the option to opt-out in the first two months, regardless of how many development hours were spent!
Data team as a service
In our view, the ideal data team consists of the following people: a data architect, a data analyst, a data engineer, an AI engineer and a data scientist. It goes without saying that the cost for such team will surpass the means of most small and mid-sized businesses, putting them in a competitive disadvantage. Training
At Nemeon, we honor the adage: “Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he’ll eat for a lifetime.” We developed a modular training program that is aimed both at data professionals and end-users. This way, you can generate buy-in within your organization.

Data inventory track
Some organizations might be unsure about which systems generate data, where that data is stored and who has access to which types of data. In this case, a data inventory track might be just the thing for your organization. An added advantage is that knowledge about data sources becomes documented.
A data inventory track consists of:
- An intake-call
- Interviews with the organization’s principal “data owners”
- A report consisting of a visual representation of the current data architecture including the different sources, a SWOT analysis of the current set-up, and a roadmap to curb the weaknesses and threats as identified in the SWOT analysis.
