Aan de kant van de klant bespaart het tijd. Voor bedrijven bespaart het geld doordat ze geen personeel hoeven in te zetten voor routinetaken. Duizenden (zo niet miljoenen?) bedrijven hebben al gemerkt hoe dit hun resultaat positief heeft be\u00efnvloed. Tegenwoordig kunnen we chatbots gebruiken voor (verre van volledige lijst):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Snel antwoord krijgen op vragen<\/li><li>Eenvoudiger artikelen bestellen op e-commerce websites<\/li><li>Verhoogde toegankelijkheid van websites voor visueel gehandicapten<\/li><li>Gegevensverrijking (bijv.: gegevens van derden verzameld via API's)<\/li><li>Spraakassistentie in het dagelijks leven<\/li><li>Spelletjes spelen<\/li><li>Taken automatiseren<\/li><li>Contact opnemen met servicedesks<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gezien al deze mogelijkheden is het veilig om te zeggen dat chatbots een belangrijk hulpmiddel zullen zijn bij de inspanningen van een organisatie om arbeidsintensieve, repetitieve taken te verminderen.<a href=\"https:\/\/nemeon.io\/nl\/mondaylearndayeps1chatbots\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chatbot categorie\u00ebn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij het doornemen van verschillende bronnen, ontdekten we dat chatbots grofweg kunnen worden gegroepeerd in drie categorie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Eenvoudige chatbots&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het mechanisme achter deze bots zijn eenvoudige, op regels gebaseerde beslisbomen. Het hoofddoel van deze bots is het uitvoeren van eenvoudige taken (bijv.: artikelen bestellen op basis van prijs, levertijd, enz.). Een groot nadeel van deze bots is dat ze interactieve functies missen die chatbots meer \"mens-achtig\" maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Hybride chatbots&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In deze categorie vinden we iets meer intelligentie. Regelgebaseerde taken zijn nog steeds de steunpilaar van wat deze bots doen, maar ze houden rekening met de intentie en context van de conversatie. Deze bots zijn bijvoorbeeld ideaal voor diagnostiek. Ze stellen basisvragen en sturen de conversatie bij op basis van de antwoorden van de gebruiker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Slimme chatbots&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is tegenwoordig de laatste halte op het gebied van technologie. Slimme chatbots zijn ontworpen om menselijke interacties zo goed mogelijk na te bootsen. De bots begrijpen wanneer vloeiend taalgebruik wordt gebruikt en zijn in staat om intenties, stijlfiguren en gemoedstoestanden te herkennen (en daarnaar te handelen). Dit is verbazingwekkend, maar er hangt een prijskaartje aan: het model dat deze intelligentie aanstuurt, heeft een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid gegevens en dus&nbsp;<em>training<\/em>&nbsp;nodig voordat het economisch haalbare capaciteiten kan bereiken. De bekendste chatbots in deze categorie zijn de virtuele assistenten zoals Amazon Alexa.<a href=\"https:\/\/nemeon.io\/nl\/mondaylearndayeps1chatbots\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat we bij Nemeon bouwen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij Nemeon bouwen we frameworks voor hybride chatbots.
